These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ClaimCue. By downloading or using ClaimCue, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use ClaimCue. By using the app, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, are at least 18, and will comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
Description of the Service
ClaimCue helps users track receipts and purchases, manage return windows, track warranties, organize evidence and purchase records, receive reminder notifications, and generate AI-assisted complaint or warranty drafts. It is an informational and organizational tool only.
AI Features, Nature & Limitations
AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or inappropriate. AI-generated drafts are not legal advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use generated content. ClaimCue does not guarantee refunds, returns, complaints, or warranty outcomes.
Accounts, Device Identity & AI Credits
ClaimCue does not currently require traditional user accounts. The app may use a device identifier to maintain AI credit balances, preserve subscription entitlements, and prevent abuse. AI credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, not redeemable for money, and not refundable except where required by law or store policies.
Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation
Optional Pro subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Subscriptions may renew automatically and continue until canceled. Refunds are governed by Apple or Google policies. ClaimCue does not directly process payments.
Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use ClaimCue unlawfully, abuse AI systems, upload malicious or illegal content, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the app, disrupt infrastructure, circumvent subscription or credit systems, or generate fraudulent or deceptive claims.
Intellectual Property
ClaimCue, including software, branding, logos, design, features, and source materials, is owned or licensed by Prince Chaudhri and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, lawful use.
User Content
You retain ownership of your receipts, images, purchase records, warranty records, uploaded evidence, and notes. ClaimCue does not claim ownership of your content. You grant ClaimCue only the limited rights necessary to process content for app functionality and AI features.
Disclaimers
ClaimCue is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ClaimCue is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, does not guarantee refunds, returns, chargebacks, complaints, warranty approvals, AI accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaimCue and Prince Chaudhri shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, lost profits, lost data, failed refund attempts, warranty denials, AI inaccuracies, or consumer disputes. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for subscriptions during the previous 12 months.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClaimCue and Prince Chaudhri from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from misuse of the app, violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or use of AI-generated content.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, we suspect abuse or fraudulent activity, or continued operation becomes impractical or unlawful. You may stop using ClaimCue at any time by uninstalling.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to ClaimCue shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted at claimcue.app/terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
